Expressions started out of frustration in attending the same old one-hit training wonders where you were force-fed as much as you could handle in a day only to forget most of it within 24 hours and so received a minimal return on investment.

….has always been our philosophy, so we decided to put up and provide an alternative suite of training and development solutions that really deliver. Starting out an Investors in People practitioner one of two co-founders delivered a focused workshop 62 times at various locations across the UK in one year whilst providing advice and assessment services to a wide range of clients from a new school to the Ministry of Defence.

We also have our very own digital learning platform iLearn™ to further enhance our offerings and cover all learning styles and attention spans. We review our provision on a regular basis to ensure we are still fit for purpose and contributing to the performance improvement of our valued client base. The Expressions Partnership team train and develop individuals, teams and organisations from schools to global businesses utilising the right approach helping them to achieve sustainable performance improvement.
Though based in Surrey the team works locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally specialising in leadership training, management development, team building and development, sales training, customer care, wellbeing and change development, presentation skills, cultural architecture, coaching, facilitation, and mentoring.
Realising there was a gap in Leadership and Management performance in most organisations the Management Academy was created developing Managers to step up from shop floor super stars to confident enablers. The success of this initial programme grew the Expressions team to cope with the demand. To date the Management Academy is still our flagship programme graduating over 3,000 delegate managers in multiple countries.
Additions to the suite of solutions came in the form of the Leadership Academy, Selling with Confidence, Team Bootcamps and Customer Care followed by focused work on coaching and wellbeing services as well as cultural architecture, presentation skills and bespoke provision.
The team has grown and changed over the years. Like most of the world we have adapted to the challenges faced by the global pandemic with the use of Zoom which actually increased our global reach.
