Working with a team of senior managers and directors at Galliford Try, Expressions was asked to assist them with leading change within their organisation.
Over two focused workshops the specific change was identified whilst increasing the team’s awareness of the sensitivities to change within the workplace.
The change project was designed, planned and implemented with minimal disruption and maximum adherence.
