Maintaining the professional experience whilst transforming the culture within this sector is a constant challenge, one that Expressions have been called upon to assist in a number of organisations. An 18-month relationship working with the senior partners through to the junior Managers running in-house Leadership and Management programmes as well as individual subject areas such as cross-firm collaboration and team development at their partner conference.

Expressions assisted in the preparation of the merger with a larger firm of solicitors in 2020.

Setfords Solicitors

Expressions was one of a number of training providers approached to upskill the team of Managers in this rapidly growing organisation.

As a disruptor in the market, Setfords wanted to create a culture that would attract the right talent with a shared sense of innovation combined with professionalism and retain them as valued members of the team.

The first cohort of Management Academy delegates has implemented new ideas that enable the firm to move towards its overall growth goal.

Finance Plus

A 4-year relationship working with the CEO and senior Leadership team, graduating over 70 Managers on their Management Academy and designing and delivering a Customer First programme for their front-line team to assist their relationship with their valued client base.

Providing specialist advice and guidance for the transition from the UK to India which included assisting UK staff to find alternative employment and interview practice, as well as leading the change and dealing with the psychological challenges of such a shift in their situation.

Training in the Property Sales and Lettings Sector

Leaders Roman Group

A 10 years + relationship which started when Leaders had 13 branches and less than 50 members of staff. Now, joined with Romans, LRG continues to grow currently with 245 branches and in excess of 2,600 members of staff.

Expressions designed and delivered the Management Academy for 60 of their Managers in their initial growth phase. Many of these Managers now hold director roles within the organisation including the UK Managing Director.

Since this time Expressions has designed and delivered a regional team boot camp and has subsequently worked with the regional letting directors providing 360 surveys and one-to-one coaching as they continue to be the UK’s leading property sales and lettings organisation.

Badger Holdings

5-year relationship working with the group CEO through to the front-line professionals.

Expressions graduated over 80 Managers through the Badger Holding Management Academy and assisted in the promotion of the new senior Leadership team with a 2-day intensive residential Leadership Academy.

In addition to this Expressions also created bespoke in-house programmes for the sales and support services, a train-the-trainer programme and presented a workshop at each of the quarterly Management conferences for over 2 years.

Finally working with the senior Leaders to prepare and manage the sale of the business ready for the next chapter in their organisation.
