Specific examples include:

Designing and delivering an ILM Leadership and Management programme for a global gaming organisation that grew exponentially through the pandemic. Currently, over 300 Managers have graduated from this programme from 11 countries around the world.

Start-up to scale up of a tech logistics organisation including Vision, values and structure through to their own branded Management Academy graduating 30 managers from across Europe and South Africa. 

Repeated in-house Management Academy for a growing renewable energy company providing succession as well as enabling their Managers with the skills required to navigate the organisation into the future. 

Working with an established standby power solutions organisation through their growth strategy. With outgoing senior leaders comes the need for a new team at the top.

Expressions work with this organisation to define their purpose and ensure they are still fit for this purpose.


This includes navigating change and creating the right structure and aligned behaviours to deliver the expectations of their valued client base not just for today but for the foreseeable future.
