Sarah has had a varied and exciting career working as a human performance specialist in industries as diverse as aviation, petrochemical and theatre marketing. Her passion at all times has been on building relationships so that she can deliver sustainable change and improvement through people. As a member of the British Psychological Society and the BPS Special Group in Coaching, Sarah is intrigued by all things psychological and looks to build principles and research into all her work. Areas of special interest include mindfulness, behaviour change and trust.
With an obsessive eye for detail, Sarah ensures she meets clients’ needs and surpasses their expectations at all times. Whether developing organizational strategies, designing change programmes or delivering training, Sarah aims for a blend of academic rigour with practical applications topped off with solutions that are both fun and challenging. Sarah believes that two of the key components to a happy life are continual learning and contribution. As such, she is an active Trustee for two family and teenage support charities, an external academic mentor and PhD supervisor as well as involved with local school fundraising and industry working groups.
