Expressions Partnership

The Wellbeing Series

The Wellbeing Series

Wellbeing is an all-encompassing subject and one that is fast becoming a basic requirement for attracting and retaining employees.
Expressions has created a series of interactive workshops, practical exercises and video content to assist individuals, teams and whole organisations to understand the subject and enable a healthy and well workplace culture.

Who will benefit

The Wellbeing series is typically designed and delivered around the organisation’s specific needs. For example, one client might require a complete review of the current culture to find ways in which it can create a workplace where people are enabled by feeling physically and psychologically safe. This may include access to a range of different wellbeing provisions to create an holistic approach.

Another client may want to create a wellbeing programme for their people to access as and when they want to proactively look after themselves.

Another client might require their Mental Health First Aiders to have ongoing support, so they are managing their time and resources to the best of their ability.

Another client may want to enable their Management team to understand the need for wellbeing in the workplace so they can enable their teams as well as focus on their own health and wellbeing.
