Environmental and Renewables

Enabling those who will deliver the future of our world

Expressions design and delivery is not restricted to only one or a few sectors. Despite the difference in the details the fundamental principles of leading, selling, enabling, delivering and succeeding transcend all sectors and industries.

We are proud to be working with organisations that shape the way we will live and work in the future with sustainability at the heart.

Environmental and Renewables - leaders of the future

Upskilling the leaders of the future

Expressions is the sole provider of leadership and management development for a number of major organisations that are looking after our world. From established business leaders wanting and needing to engage the next generation to enabling that next generation to progress from their academic learning to pragmatic application.

Change is challenging for all parties. We work to establish comfort zones and we have to push ourselves outside these comfort zones to progress to new ways of working.

Innovation

Facilitating a series of think tanks with a cross section of employees we were charged with creating the environment for free thinking and exploration. In uncharted territory there is a blank canvass with limited guidance on how to succeed.

By adopting appreciative enquiry and no blame storming, no idea was a bad idea only an opportunity for further exploration.

This approach unleashed creativity and out of the box thinking to arrive at meaningful actions.

The results shaped new projects, structures and behaviours whilst delivering cost savings and efficiencies.
