The organisation I work for employs Simon for Leadership training, and at the end of each session he puts his contact details on the screen and encourages us to reach out. After the third session, all of which were thoroughly enjoyable and enlightening, I finally decided to take him up on the offer. I assumed I’d simply be told that we could chat more at the next workshop. That would be completely understandable.

Instead, without hesitation, Simon booked a Teams call.

Three days later, I received 90 minutes of genuine guidance, support, and coaching. That conversation gave me clarity on my next steps and helped counterbalance my own internal bias when deciding how to proceed. It was thoughtful, evidence-based, and immediately useful.

I cannot recommend Simon and his team highly enough. It may feel slightly unconventional to reach out to a trainer between sessions, but the support is real, meaningful, and delivered with sincerity. I fully intend to “bother” Simon whenever I face a crisis in the future – and the special thing is, I genuinely believe it wouldn’t be a bother.
